FAQ

  • How long does it take for my order to ship? 

    • Once we receive your order, it will be processed for approximately 1-3 business days. Once the order is processed it will be shipped within the next 24 hours. It will then take 6-10 business days for your package to arrive.

 

  • I entered the wrong shipping address!

    • Not to worry! If you need to change your shipping address after an order has been place, contact customer support WITHIN 24 HOURS to request a delivery address change! If it has been longer than 24 hours and your order has been shipped, please contact customer support.

 

  • My shipping carrier is taking too long!

    • We work closely with our shipping carriers, once your order leaves our facility, the shipping carrier is responsible for the whereabouts of your package. We have no control over any issues that they MAY face during transit.

 

  • How can I Track my Order?

    • If you direct yourself to our Track My Order page, copy the provided link into a URL, then add your package number to the box. You will then select the ORANGE TRACK BUTTON and be provided your tracking details.

 

  • What if my item(s) are damaged/missing?

    • If your items are damaged during transit, immediately contact customer support. Provide a photo of the damaged items and your order number. If you are missing a item(s), please send us a photo of the items you did receive as well as a photo of the packing slip provided. Customer support will then assist you with any replacements or refunds. 
  • Return and Refund

    • We understand if our customers request for returns/refunds. Please see the bottom page to view our Return and Refund Policy.
